The CWP-LED has been engineered for demanding service environments where durability, reliability and low maintenance are essential. Ideal for undercover carparks, covered entrances, plant rooms, service corridors and internal or external walkways, it delivers dependable illumination in spaces where luminaires are expected to endure years of continuous operation.
The luminaire combines a robust grey polymer body with a white opal UV-stabilised high-impact polycarbonate diffuser, designed to resist degradation in challenging environments. Internally, the gear tray is manufactured from 0.75 Zincseal steel and powder coated in white at our Brisbane manufacturing facility, ensuring consistent quality control throughout production.
CWP-LED utilises self-cooling Zhaga-certified LED boards paired with high-quality drivers selected for long-term reliability and stable performance across ambient temperatures ranging from –25°C to 45°C.
For projects requiring enhanced resilience, both the 600 mm and 1200 mm variants can be specified with tamper-resistant screws and stainless steel spring clips for vandal-prone locations. The 1200 mm version can also be configured with an emergency module, providing additional compliance and safety capability where required.
Installation has been designed with practicality in mind, incorporating stainless steel spring fixing brackets for surface mounting, along with suspension capability via the supplied stainless steel suspension triangles.
