Manufactured from high-quality 0.75mm Zincseal steel, TBS-LED incorporates an inverted white acrylic or optional microprism diffuser, sealed with a heavy-duty neoprene gasket to provide a positive environmental seal. The inverted diffuser creates a smooth, uninterrupted surface that simplifies cleaning while maintaining a refined appearance.

Performance is equally considered. Standard configurations deliver CRI>80 illumination, with optional COI-compliant CRI>90 variants available (<3.3 at 3500K and 4000K) for healthcare environments where accurate colour discrimination is critical. Available in 3000K and 4000K CCT options, lumen packages range from 1220 to 8800 lumens depending on board selection.

Designed for standard 38mm T-Bar ceilings, TBS-LED features self-locking support brackets allowing the luminaire to push up from below and securely seat onto the ceiling grid. Once installed, the frame remains accessible from below, significantly simplifying servicing and reducing maintenance time. A future-proof replaceable gear tray and SELV system design further ensure long-term adaptability and lifecycle value.
